Newsies is a high‑energy stage musical following Jack Kelly and a band of New York City newsboys who strike against powerful publishers after a sudden price hike threatens their livelihood. Inspired by the real 1899 Newsboys Strike, the story blends spirited rebellion, friendship, and the fight for justice through dynamic choreography and Alan Menken’s rousing score. Disney's Newsies is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI.
